Our Coding Bootcamp Projects
Despite a very active and efficient education policy from existing Netanya Municipality, we note the existence of a young population having little education with a very precarious professional future.
These young people left school very early and suffer from a lack of general knowledge and Hebrew and English language skills.

Students targeted are above 18 and below 28 years.

At School48, we are dedicated to providing our students with hands-on experience in coding by working on real-life projects.
Our 6-months computer training program in Netanya, Israel offers an almost free and pragmatic curriculum that prepares students for the world of work.

We will have a first pilot with young people of French origin and to spread the pilot involving other young people such as Ethiopians, Russians, French, Religious. The objective is to have per year two 6-months session with 60 students each.

How to Recruit
The Admission Criteria is critical to ensure students have the necessary prerequisites and aptitude for School48 programs. Rather than focusing on Academic Records or Application Process we will concentrate our effort on the face-to-face interview but not only.

These interviews can help assess a student's character, motivation, and readiness for the school's program.
We will also collect letters of recommendation from teachers, counselors, or other individuals who can speak to the student's character, academic abilities.
We also want to discuss with parents
Although the mathematics/logical test is not decisive, it will allow us to measure the applicants level.

The Student Timetable and some constraints
Student motivation is critical. We must integrate moments of relaxation and team building into the schedule, create a feeling of belonging to a group. This can only be done through extra-curricular activities with specialized external speakers/animators. Each month, we will organize a daily trip and a sporting challenge. We also want the students to learn to give back and to volunteer for associations.

School48 will be closed on shabbat and during Yom Tov.
